| Our Olympic pool (32 x 19 metres),
the only one in central Venice, has filtered salt water and in spring
and autumn is kept heated to a constant temperature of 26o to 28oC
(78oF). Our red clay tennis court, situated in the hotel's beautiful
Venetian garden on the edge of the lagoon, is at your disposal from
9:00 am to 7:00 pm.
A Fitness and Beauty Centre is available in the hotel offering a range of services including massage. Our harbour has docking facilities for yachts and boats up to 70 feet (draught 10 feet). |

| The 88 exquisitely decorated rooms and
suites are simply but tastefully furnished and all have superb views
of either the lagoon, the Palladian Church of San Giorgio Maggiore,
or the walled gardens and vineyards.
The 15 spacious, traditionally decorated rooms, suites and Junior Suites in the Palazzo Vendramin and the Palazzetto Nani Barbaro have views either towards the Doge's Palace and St Mark's, or over pleasant gardens and historic buildings. Some apartments have private terraces or gardens and jacuzzis,
and all have a kitchenette and a bar. The bathrooms are luxuriously
fitted with precious marble and stucco. |

| Gastronomy

| Cipriani-style food is simple, fresh
and perfectly prepared. Pasta and pastries are made in the hotel daily,
as are your breakfast croissants. Our Cipriani Restaurant and dining
terraces have extensive views over the lagoon. Cip's Club at the Palazzetto
is open all year round (except from 8th January to mid-March) and
its service is informal as is its food - very Italian and regional.
The Poolside Restaurant is open for lunch and snacks in good weather
and a variety of bars are also available in which to enjoy a pre-
or after-dinner drink.
In order not to disturb our guests, the hotel's main bar closes
at 10:30 pm. However, service continues until 1:00 am or later in
Il Gabbiano Grill Bar, where there is music from early evening.
In Cip's Bar our barmen will be happy to mix our seasonal fruit
juice-based cocktails and long drinks (Bellini, Tiziano, Roger,
Mimosa) for you or prepare your own choice. The Pool Bar is open
only during the summer. |

| The original main building is located on the most sheltered side of the island, which offers a splendid panorama of the lagoon. Located on the other side of the island, yet just a few minutes' walk away, are Palazzo Vendramin and Palazzetto Nani Barbaro, which both benefit from a front-row view of St Mark's Square and Basin. |
